POSTPONE MY TRIP
Postpone your departure date without any change fee. If the original fare is no longer available, you will need to pay a fare difference.

You will receive a voucher valid for 1 year.

The voucher request must be made at latest 7 days before departure of the first flight. -

The change* and/or refund conditions of your reservation depend on the fare conditions of your ticket. You can review and/or change your reservation in “Manage my booking".
The change request must be made before the initial departure date.*Some change fees and fare difference may apply depending on the fare conditions of your ticket.
Extra service fees may also apply for a change request that is not made directly online in the “Manage my booking” section.VALIDITY PERIOD
All tickets issued from August 17th, 2022, independent of your travel dates, will be valid as
per the following rule:
. 12 months from the date of issue for unused tickets,
. 12 months from the date of travel of the outbound flight (first leg) for partially used tickets.In accordance with IATA fare regulations.
