Please select the reason of your claim in the forms available at the top of the page: refund for cancelled flight, delayed flight, cancellation, boarding, delayed/lost/damaged baggage or on board.

2- Fill out the form and send your claim

If necessary, you can add attachments to your complaint after clicking on "OK".

3- You'll receive a reference number by e-mail

Once your complaint has been sent, you will receive within the next few minutes an automatic confirmation containing a reference number.
