In certain situations, a medical assessment may be required from our relevant department in order to authorise your journey on our services. To this end, please return the INCAD form, duly completed and signed by your GP, to us at least 72 hours before departure via email to: transportspeciaux@frenchbee.com
Are you travelling with a full cast? If so, you must download the ‘Fit to Fly’ certificate from our website. This form must be completed by your GP and presented when boarding your flight. If you are travelling with a full cast without the ‘Fit to Fly’ certificate, please be aware that you may be refused boarding.
When booking on our website, at the step where you enter your personal details, click on “Request special assistance”. You can then select the assistance that suits your needs.
